theLearningBusiness has been working closely with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales to produce a customised version of our Equality and Human Rights module for this Health Board.

We have now released this module in the Health Board and learners across the organisation have started to use the module. Eventually this module will be used by all 18,000 employees of the Health Board.

The whole module has been customised for the Health Board and includes a video introduction by Mary Burrows the Chief Executive as well information and guidance on all aspects of the new Equality Act 2010.

Most of all we have continued using our 'Hearts and Minds' approach building a powerful documentary that engages learners.
