Although there are many learning materials available on theLearningBusiness, we believe the essence of learning comes through asking questions, dialogue with others, practicing and reviewing your progress.

We have tried to incorporate an Action Learning approach into theLearningBusiness, which enables everyone to talk to each other while learning about issues that are important to them. Trying out new things is an important part of this approach and then discussing, identifying and sharing what works.

Learning is not about having the right software, it is really about discovering new ideas, talking with people, and putting things into practice. This is a human process of working and learning together. For many people e-learning is new and it can be unfamiliar. So we put as much effort into programmes for e-coaches, e-moderators and learners to help become familiar with .
