Grahame has been involved in numerous training programmes ranging from sales, management, culture change, product training, coaching and performance programmes.

Grahame has worked with both corporate organisations in the UK and overseas, and with SMEs across a number of sectors including helping them recognise the importance of EU Funding for Innovation and Research projects through pan – euro collaboration.

He has experience of working with blended solutions and has worked as an e-learning manager, responsible for advising on the organisational implementation of e-learning across a major bank. Grahame has also considerable experience as an instructional designer and deliverer and has created learning solutions that also track interventions through Learning Management Systems.

As a coach Grahame brings a strong performance ethos to his coaching. His experience spans work with individuals and teams in a corporate environment, to international level sports coaching. Structuring practice, harnessing desire and building skills are all key parts of Grahame's approach to coaching.

He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and learning for Development and is an Affiliate of the CIPD. He is also an international sports coach currently working with the Wales , England and GB hockey teams.
