This programme gives you all the skills you need to extend your coaching beyond the training venue. Designed with the University of Wales, Bangor; this course is for anyone who wants to add value to the service they provide for clients.
Overview
Our e-Coaching course is a three stage programme that enables coaches and trainers to develop their skills to use the internet to coach.
Coaches will learn and experience:

Content
Foundation Stage
This stage helps you get to know the e-coaching platform, and builds your skills in using all the features to extend your coaching. You will set your own goals for the programme, and identify success in your coaching practice.
This part of the course involves:
- Five hours online contact time
Knowledge Building Stage
This stage introduces new ideas on learning and coaching through e-communities. You will understand the underpinning learning principles and coaching models that makes e-coaching get results.
This part of the course involves:
- Ten hours online contact time
- An assessed written assignment
Cycles of Practice Stage
A practical stage where you will plan, deliver and evaluate your own e-coaching programme. You will practice different approaches, and build your skills in e-coaching and collaborative learning.
This part of the course involves:
- Fifteen hours online contact time
- An assessed presentation, report and commentary on your learning.
