Our e-Moderator's programme is a 6 session step-by-step guide to developing successful e-Communities.
Research shows that e-communities and networks work best when there is a skilled e-Moderator co-ordinating activity.

- Learn about the benefits of online collaboration (working together on-line on project, document, course or any other shared interest)
- Help get new users started in an e-community

In this session you will:
- Identify a clear vision of your own e-Community
- Collaborate with others using the full range of features such as forums, wikis and much more
- Start creating engaging content for your e-Community interest

Session 3: Developing Your Moderators Style
In this session you will:
- Identify different types of e-Communities and their purpose
- Learn about the benefits of online collaboration (working together on-line on a project, document, course or any other shared interest)
- Help get new users started in an e-community

In this session you will:
- Learn what motivates your users, and how to engage them
- Review techniques to support users who need more help
- Create surveys and templates for email circulation to all users
